Bill Wyand - Senior Pastor
Bill Wyand became the Senior Pastor at Broadfording in 2000. He has a desire to see lives transformed by the power of God. He and his wife Amy have been married since 1988 and have four boys. In his free time, he loves to play sports, read books, garden and cook on the grill.
Caleb & Ashley Serafini -
Discipleship Pastor / Serve Team Director
Caleb and Ashley Serafini joined the Broadfording staff team in August of 2021. In addition to their undergraduate Bachelor’s degrees, they both received Master’s degrees in Local Church Ministry from Grace Theological Seminary. The two love serving alongside each other and cherish being parents to their beautiful daughters, Olive and Ellie. Ashley serves as the Serve Team Director, providing care and oversight to Broadfording’s amazing volunteer teams. She loves getting coffee with friends and being a certified "plant lady.” Caleb serves as the Discipleship Pastor, leading the church’s Worship Team and Small Groups ministry. He enjoys playing golf, soccer, basketball, and all things related to Star Wars.

Sean Nemeth - Creative Director
Sean Nemeth joined the Broadfording team in 2017 as the Creative Director. He graduated from Liberty University where he studied Strategic Communications. Sean loves sports and photography.

Paul Ficken - Next Generation Director
Paul has a passion for helping the Next Generation see the goodness of God and His importance in their life. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in business. He serves as our Youth Pastor as well as overseeing all ministries related to younger generations - from babies to young adults. Paul and his wife, Hannah, love serving together and have been blessed with two fun-loving daughters, Zoe and Natalie. He enjoys playing basketball, cheering for the Dallas Mavericks, kayaking, and collecting shark teeth.
Cortney Walburg - Kids Ministry Lead
Cortney has a passion and love for children; as well as a passion for missions, outreach, and ministry. During college she focused her psychology studies on child development. Cortney and her husband, Nathan, have four boys together- three biological and one adopted through foster care. They have been foster parents for seven years, co-lead an adoption and foster care support group, and have been very involved in their foster care agency. In her free time, Cortney loves baking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
